A woman has same freedom as the guy, when you will tell your wife to obey you at everything and not let her choose her own decisions she will simply leave you and find somebody who gives her freedom of decision making, and when they disagree they find a solution to the problem, where both people are satisfied.

my opinion only, this might not be comepletely right, only my understanding, and im sticking to it.

we aint talking about decisions da woman makes were talking about that if man likes da decision or if he doesnt cas woman are very stupid somtimes sooooo the man makes the decisions or he says if da decisions are good or not so man is boss of woman but that doesnt mean woman are slaves of men :pwned: Noob

Dima, what you've said in this quote is partially against the scriptures. God is the "boss" of both, that's true, but man isn't the servant to his wife. Women are given a natural hair "covering" to help represent this truth, that is that their husbands are their head and they are servants to them. (see 1 Cor 11:15). And men are servants to the messiah (who is in heaven). So the head of husbands is the messiah, and the head of wives is their husbands (Ephesians 5:23-34). The latter part of Genesis 3:16 says about her husband "he shall rule over thee." Likewise, in response you can see other verses throughout the Bible not contradicting God's revelation such as 1 Timothy 2:11-12, Colossians 3:18, Titus 2:4-5, 1 Peter 3:1-6, etc.

Ephesians 5 makes this too clear to see.

First,

21 Submitting yourselves one to another in the fear of God.

There has to be fear of God.

22 Wives, submit yourselves unto your own husbands, as unto the Lord.

Peter mentions further on this,

3 Likewise, ye wives, be in subjection to your own husbands; that, if any obey not the word, they also may without the word be won by the conversation of the wives;

2 While they behold your chaste conversation coupled with fear.

This means, when the two have to make a decision involving them both, the final decision belongs to her husband and she should submit to him. If not, she isn't obeying scriptures because the head is where the final decisions are made. Peter makes it clear that women can be Christians and can still manage to submit much to their non believing husbands. Obviously you have to resist some things from non believing husbands in order to still remain a true believer. So this command can only be perfectly kept if the husband has God as his head first.

25 Husbands, love your wives, even as Christ also loved the church, and gave himself for it;

This means that husbands have to also be following this commandment at the same time, because these commandments involve them both.

And again, repeated from another view.

33 Nevertheless let every one of you in particular so love his wife even as himself; and the wife see that she reverence her husband.
